一、中山大学概况

二、各类人才引进条件
　　基本条件：学风端正，高度敬业；乐教爱教，具有承担本科专业基础课或专业核心课程教学的能力；善于协作，具有国际合作与交流能力。

　　各类引进人才还需达到下列学术基本条件：

1.海外高层次人才引进计划（千人计划）
　　（1）青年千人项目
　　在海外知名高校取得博士学位，并有3年以上的海外科研工作经历；在海外知名高校、科研机构或知名企业研发机构有正式教学或科研职位。

　　（2）创新人才长期项目
　　在国外著名高校、科研院所担任相当于教授职务的专家学者，或是在国际知名企业和金融机构担任高级职务的专业技术人才和经营管理人才。

2．教育部“长江学者奖励计划”　　
　　（1）青年学者项目
　　一般要求具有博士学位，在教学科研一线工作。

　　（2）特聘教授项目
　　一般具有博士学位，在教学科研一线工作；一般应担任高水平大学副教授及以上职位或其他相应职位。

3.“百人计划”引进人才

　　招聘学术造诣深厚，在所从事的学科领域中取得显著成就，在海内外具有重要影响力、具备相当学术地位和学术水平的杰出人才。

4.专职科研系列人员

　　海内外知名高校或研究机构的优秀博士后或博士，或具有海内外知名高校或研究机构工作经历的人员。

5.博士后研究人员

　　具备较高的学术水平和较强的科研能力的海内外优秀博士。

To achieve the strategic goal of being one of the world-class universities, Sun Yat-sen University (hereinafter refer as SYSU) is recruiting these talents in the world: talents for “Recruitment Program of Global Talents”，“Recruitment Program for Long-Term Innovative Talents”，“100 Top Talents Program”, Research Fellows and Post-doctoral Researchers. Ⅰ. About Sun Yat-sen University
Sun Yat-sen University, originally known as Guangdong University, was founded in 1924 by Dr. Sun Yat-sen (also called Sun Zhongshan), a great democratic revolutionary leader of the 20th century. The University is located in Guangdong Province, an area neighboring Hong Kong and Macao, which is at the forefront of China's reform and opening up.
Being one of the leading universities in China, SYSU is a comprehensive multi-disciplinary university, including the humanities, social sciences, natural sciences, technical sciences, medical sciences, pharmacology, and management sciences. According to ESI database, SYSU’s 18 disciplines have entered the world's Top 1%, and tied for No.2 in Chinese colleges and universities.
The University has also successfully built international cooperation and exchange relationships with many top universities in the world.
At present, Sun Yat-sen University has 5 campuses (Guangzhou South Campus, Guangzhou North Campus, Guangzhou East Campus, Zhuhai Campus, and Shenzhen Campus) and 8 affiliated hospitals.
At present, SYSU has 5 campuses which are located in Guangzhou, Zhuhai and Shenzhen city of Guangdong Province. SYSU also has 8 affiliated hospitals.

Ⅱ.Qualifications for Applicants
Basic requirements:
have strong sense of responsibility and good teaching and research abilities; be able to teach basic courses or core courses for undergraduate students; has good cooperation skills and international communication skills.
Apart from the above requirements, applicant shall also meet the following requirements:
1. Recruitment Program of Global Talents (Thousand Talents Plan):
(1) Recruitment Program for Young Professionals :
Applicants should possess a Ph.D. degree granted by prestigious overseas universities, with at least 3 years of research experience. Applicants should have formal teaching and researching positions in prestigious overseas universities, institutions or enterprises.
(2) Recruitment Program for Long-Term Innovative Talents:
Applicants should hold full professorships or the equivalent in prestigious foreign universities and R&D institutes, or with senior titles from well-known international companies or financial institutions.
2. Changjiang Scholars Program:
(1) Young Scholars Program:
Applicants should possess a Ph.D. degree，have a strong research background as well as teaching experience.
(2) Distinguished Professor Program:
Applicants should possess a Ph.D. degree，have a strong research background as well as teaching experience. Applicants should hold at least associate professor or other equivalent positions in well-known universities.
3.Talent for “100 Top Talents Program”:
Must have demonstrated academic achievements in the disciplines engaged in;have important international influence and considerable academic status and academic level.
4. Research Fellows:  
Outstanding post-doctors or PhD holders from well-known universities or institutions,  or researchers with working experiences in top universities or institutions.
5. Post-doctoral Researcher:
Outstanding PhD holders with strong academic abilities.
